It is our duty as a member to attend the Annual General Meeting next Sunday, March 26, 2023 at 1:00 pm to discuss the latest developments of the Cooperative. We will exercise our voting rights this day as well. Refer to picts for the XEMCO BOD and Committee Candidates.

As you make your selection, keep in mind the following guidelines:

1. The link to the voting form will only be shared at the Annual General Meeting on March 26, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Voting ends at 2:00 pm sharp.

2. Members on or before December 31, 2022, are entitled to vote.

3. Only those who attend the Zoom meeting and vote in the election are eligible for the giveaways offered during the meeting.
